SenderLand 2026 — Experience Terms, Waiver & Release of Liability (Version 2026-v3) 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK SenderLand is an extreme sports festival featuring high-risk activities including: The Blob, Rope Swing, Diving Boards, Freestyle Cliff Jumping, DØDs Diving, Freestyle MTB, Trampoline Wall, Water Slide, ATVs, Heavy equipment, Fire stunts and pyrotechnics, Bonfires, High-powered lasers, Loud sound systems, and outdoor environments. Inherent risks include: Falls from height, Drowning, Head/neck/back or spinal injury, Improper landings, Equipment malfunction, Collision with vehicles or structures, Burns, Hearing or vision damage, Falling objects, Weather hazards, Serious injury, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, as a participant, competitor, vendor, contractor, or volunteer. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE SenderLand LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, equipment providers, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or negligence. 3. MOTOR VEHICLE & MACHINERY I accept full responsibility for risks from ATVs, golf carts, heavy equipment, fire trucks, and elevated apparatus. 4. FIRE, LASER & SOUND I accept risks of burns, hearing damage, vision injury, and other hazards from fire performances, lasers, and amplified sound. 5. ACTIVE PARTICIPATION I am solely responsible for my physical readiness and accept full responsibility for outcomes from participation. 6. ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS All fees are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no transfers. 7. RULES & REMOVAL SenderLand may remove any individual without refund for unsafe behavior, intoxication, or misconduct. 8. MINORS Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times who assumes full responsibility and agrees to all waiver terms. 9. AGREEMENT By signing, I confirm I have read and understand this agreement. I am giving up substantial legal rights including the right to sue. I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to be legally bound by all terms.
