Her 45-minute all-levels Vinyasa Flow is designed to welcome every experience level while helping you increase mobility, ignite the muscles, quiet the mind, connect to the heart, and prepare your body for an incredible evening.
After years of exploring consciousness and walking his own path of healing, self-discovery, and awakening, Max developed a passion for creating spaces where others can do the same.
For the past three years, he has guided yoga and breathwork experiences that blend movement, conscious breathing, and nervous system regulation. His intention: help people find greater peace, reconnect with themselves, and discover the wisdom already within.

Banya is a social wellness space built around the ancient practice of gathering together to get hot, get cold, slow down, and reconnect. Through large communal saunas, cold plunges, a cedar hot tub, relaxation spaces, and a simple rhythm of heat, cold, rest, and repeat, Banya gives people a place to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to themselves and each other.
Banya is built on the belief that taking care of ourselves doesn't always have to happen alone. Sometimes wellness is something we do together.
