SenderLand 2026 - Experience Terms, Waiver & Release of Liability (Version 2026-v3) 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK SenderLand is an extreme sports and outdoor adventure festival featuring high-risk activities and industrial-scale experience operations, including but not limited to: The Blob (aerial water launch platform), Rope Swing, Diving Boards, Freestyle Cliff Jumping Competition, DØDs Diving League Competition, Freestyle Mountain Bike Competition, Trampoline Wall, Water Slide and water-based attractions, Jumps, ramps, launch features, obstacle courses, and constructed athletic features, Elevated diving platforms and structures, Shipping container platforms and stacked container structures, ATVs and other motorized vehicles, Golf carts and utility vehicles, Heavy equipment and machinery, Construction-grade staging, scaffolding, and rigging, Fire stunts, pyrotechnics, and live fire performances, Bonfires and open flame areas, Fire truck access and elevated fire truck ladder operations, High-powered lasers and lighting effects, Loud amplified sound systems and DJ equipment, Uneven terrain, wooded areas, docks, metal surfaces, ramps, and outdoor environments. Inherent risks include but are not limited to: Falls from height, Swing-related impact or improper water entry, Diving-related spinal compression injuries, Drowning or near-drowning, Head, neck, back, or catastrophic injury, Improper landing from jumps or ramps, Collision with obstacles, structures, or other participants, Slips on wet/metal/uneven surfaces, Structural instability, Equipment malfunction, Heavy machinery movement or mechanical failure, Collision with ATVs/golf carts/motorized vehicles, Burns from fire stunts or open flame, Eye injury from lighting or laser effects, Hearing damage from amplified sound, Falling objects, Weather-related hazards, Serious injury, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, known and unknown, whether as a participant, competitor, rider, spectator, vendor, contractor, or volunteer. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & COVENANT NOT TO SUE I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE SenderLand LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, equipment providers, performers, fire personnel, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, death, property damage, hearing or vision damage, negligence (including ordinary negligence), and participation in or observation of any activity. 3. MOTOR VEHICLE & MACHINERY ACKNOWLEDGMENT I accept full responsibility for risks associated with proximity to or operation of ATVs, golf carts, utility vehicles, heavy equipment, fire trucks, machinery, or elevated ladder apparatus. 4. FIRE, LASER & SOUND ACKNOWLEDGMENT I accept the risks of burns, smoke inhalation, temporary or permanent hearing damage, vision injury, and other hazards from fire performances, pyrotechnics, lasers, and amplified sound. 5. COMPETITOR & ACTIVE PARTICIPATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT I am solely responsible for determining my physical readiness and accept full responsibility for any outcome from participation in high-risk activities. 6. ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no transfers. 7. RULES & REMOVAL SenderLand reserves the right to remove any individual without refund for unsafe behavior, intoxication, failure to follow safety instructions, harassment, or misconduct. 8. MINORS — PARENTAL / GUARDIAN REQUIREMENT Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the event grounds. The accompanying parent or guardian must be present at the event, assumes full responsibility for the minor's safety and conduct, and agrees to all terms of this waiver on the minor's behalf by signing below. Unaccompanied minors will not be permitted entry and no refund will be issued. 9. AGREEMENT By signing, I confirm I have read and fully understand this agreement, I understand I am giving up substantial legal rights including the right to sue, I voluntarily assume all risks, and I agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions.
